Was having issues with my furnace, they came out and told me a hold a crack and needed to swap out the entire thing.Good thing I got a second opinion from an honest company instead. There was no crack and the issue was resolved with more than a 2 minute glance at the furnace.

Daniel is an honest and professional business owner.AGL came out and detected a leak in my condo and advised I get an HVAC tech to check the furnace. I purchased the unit just a few years ago, which was gutted and redone after a fire, and all the appliances are new. I called Coolray and they tried to pull a fast one and tell me everything needed to be replaced and that it would cost close to $1,300.I then called the builder who renovated the condo after the fire and they advised Pinnacle did the install and to reach out to them. Daniel answered my call right away and said he was happy to have his crew come back out and make it right. Within 24 hours, James and his partner came and fixed the issue that was causing the small leak, changed the filer and did a safety check.Daniel went above and beyond and this is a testament as to why his business will continue to grow and flourish. Forget about the well-know "experts" and just call Pinnacle Air Inc.
